1. Who runs the site

The site is operated by Radoslav Dimitrov, Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”). Contact: contact@radodim.com, phone +359 898 531 339.

The site presents the artist's paintings and information about exhibitions, and offers a way to get in touch and enquire about the works. It sells nothing.

2. What the site is — and is not

The site is not an online shop and no sales take place through it. There are no payments, user accounts or automatically concluded contracts. The enquiry form only sends us a message; it is not an order and does not commit you to a purchase.

3. Prices, availability and enquiries

• Prices are shown in euro and are indicative — information, not an offer. The price we confirm in writing in reply to your enquiry is the one that applies. Prices do not include delivery, framing or other additional services unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• The statuses “available”, “reserved” and “sold” are updated by hand and may briefly differ from the actual situation. A painting counts as reserved or sold only once we have confirmed it in writing.
• Sending an enquiry does not oblige us to sell the painting; we reserve the right to decline a sale or to reply with a different proposal.
• Any purchase is arranged outside the website — in person at the gallery or in direct contact with the artist (by email or phone), where the painting, the price, payment and collection are confirmed. The website is not a party to such a transaction and processes no payments.
• Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

4. Copyright and use of the content

• All paintings, photographs of paintings, texts, the artist's portrait and the design of the site are protected by the Bulgarian Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act and belong to Radoslav Dimitrov, unless another author is credited.
• Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical work, not the copyright in it. Without our written consent the works may not be reproduced, published, distributed or used commercially.
• You may: browse the site, share links to its pages, quote short excerpts with attribution, and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not, without express consent: copy, download and republish the images, make prints or products from them, adapt them, or use the content for text and data mining or for training artificial-intelligence systems — the rights under Art. 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 are expressly reserved.
• The QR codes and the permanent addresses of the artwork pages are intended for exhibition visitors and may be shared freely for personal use.

5. Access to the site during an exhibition

In the period before an exhibition opens, part of the site may be accessible only with an access code given to guests with the invitation or through the QR codes in the gallery. The code is meant for the exhibition's guests; please do not publish it.

We reserve the right to change the content, restrict access and take the site offline at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.

6. Accuracy of information and liability

• We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Colours on screen may differ from the originals; dimensions are given in centimetres, and on request we will confirm the exact dimensions, framing and condition of a work.
• Exhibition information (dates, times, addresses) may change; if in doubt, check the site or ask the gallery.
• The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, from interruptions, or from the content of external sites we link to. This does not exclude our liability for intent or gross negligence and does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Using the site

When using the site you may not compromise its security, circumvent the access code, download the content in bulk or by automated means, or send spam or deliberately false messages through the forms.

9. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies to these terms and to the use of the site. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.

If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) and the general conciliation commissions attached to it for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date and applies to use of the site after that date.
